Weight Gain and Loss



I have been having problems with my weight for many years and have tried lots of ways to lose weight e.g. dieting, diet pills, diet shakes and training to mention a few. I lost alot of weight once and was happy, but due to the fact that I did not continue training I gained it all back and infact got more. My reasons for gaining weight were always time and stress and being worried about the weight itself. After ten years of having this battle, I decided that it was time I took control of my weight and started training again.I have started training and am feeling good about it. It took alot of thinking and understanding myself.I am going to have an open weight journal soon to write about my weight lose. I hope I will get more motivated and motive others while trying to reach my goal.
